Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product (not the tournament entry fee) from www.chessfee.com, you can return it within 5 days of purchase with a copy of the return authorization from customer support and in the original packaging for refund.

  • If user is willing to cancel then registration fee can refunded on 5 days notice prior to tournament starting date. If user is unable to inform us in the stipulated time then no refund will be given.
  • In case of no tournament/ event, only entry fee amount be refunded, No Conv. Fee and bank charges will be refunded.
  • In any case if tournament/ event is not possible due to some circumstances, amount of refund will be dependent upon organizers, we will refund amount after their approval.
  • For Rescheduled Events We'll update site with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds will be given.
  • Amount will not be refunded on same day; it takes time to process refund. Customer is advised to wait at least 5-7 working days for process of refund.
  • Customer is advised to contact organizers before registration on www.chessfee.com. www.chessfee.com is not liable for authenticity of organizers although we take full information of tournament and organizers.
  • All the refunds will be processed by bank NEFT transfer for which the customers have to send their bank details via email along with the refund request.
  • Sets and boards have a 5 day return policy from date of purchase. Returns must be received at our address within 8 days. We will refund all but our shipping charges and have a 10% repacking and restocking fee.
  • This assumes that all returns are received in as-sent condition. Always, if a product is delivered in damaged condition, we will replace it free. Please be sure to keep the shipping packaging.
